FAIR HOUSING ACT

The U.S. Supreme Court will not decide whether disparate impact claims are cognizable under the Fair Housing Act because the case was voluntarily dismissed by the parties. Magner v. Gallagher, No. 09-1209.Certiorari granted:  Nov. 7, 2011. Dismissed: Feb. 14, 2012. Ruling below: 619 F. 3d. 823 (8th Cir. 2010).
