Four fire companies to pay $441,000 to settle age discrimination suit
The Town of Clarence, N.Y. and four volunteer fire companies have settled a class age discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that will result in payments totaling more than $441,000 to firefighters or their beneficiaries.
