‘Misuse’ doesn’t bar Yamaha ATV lawsuit (access required)

A driver’s alleged misuse of an all-terrain vehicle does not preclude the manufacturer from being liable for defective design, a Pennsylvania appellate court has ruled in reversing a summary judgment.
