Supreme Court rules in pregnancy leave case (access required)

An employer did not violate the federal Pregnancy Discrimination Act when it failed to award full credit for pregnancy leave taken before the effective date of the Act in calculating retirement benefits, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled.
