Four Chicago residents and a gun sellers group have sued the city over a tough new gun control ordinance put in place after the U.S. Supreme Court made a decades-old firearms ban unenforceable.

The University of Chicago Medical Center has settled a lawsuit that charged that the hospital was crowding babies in its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in violation of state regulations, according to Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan.
