Accutane verdict reversed for lack of evidence (access required)

A plaintiff who sued the maker of Accutane failed to establish evidence at trial that a differently worded warning would have resulted in his physician not prescribing the drug, the Florida Court of Appeals has ruled in reversing a $7 million award.
