Another defense win in bellwether Levaquin trial

Once again, the defense has prevailed in a Levaquin bellwether trial.
Last week, a federal jury in Minnesota returned a defense verdict in a trial that is part of the multi-district litigation against Johnson & Johnson over the side effects of Levaquin, used to treat severe bacterial infections.
