Coast Guard Reservist’s USERRA suit time-barred

A U.S. Coast Guard Reservist’s claims under the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) were barred by the four-year federal "catch-all" statute of limitations, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in affirming judgment.
