Debt owed ex-wife isn’t dischargeable in bankruptcy

A $44,000 debt that a Chapter 7 debtor owed his former wife was not dischargeable in bankruptcy, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in affirming judgment.
