Maryland judge agrees to 5-day suspension (access required)

Maryland District Court Judge Norman R. Stone III has agreed to a five-day suspension without pay for holding 28 people in contempt of court because they had their cell phones on in his Baltimore County courtroom or because they engaged in rude behavior, such as slamming the courtroom door.
