Court sends ACA employer mandate issue to 4th Circuit (access required)
Issue could return to the Supreme Court next term

WASHINGTON – Five months after upholding the individual mandate provision of the federal health care law, the U.S. Supreme Court revived and remanded to a lower court a challenge to another provision requiring certain employers to maintain a minimum level of health insurance coverage for their employees.
