Does the First Amendment forbid Arizona from providing publicly-financed candidates with subsidies that are triggered by independent expenditure groups' speech against such candidates? Arizona Free Enterprise Club's Freedom Club PAC v. Bennett, No. 10-238. Certiorari granted Nov. 29, 2010. Ruling below: 605 F.3d 720 (9th Cir. 2010).
