Court limits definition of ‘honest services’ fraud

The "honest services" criminal fraud statute applies only to cases involving bribery and kickbacks, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled. The Court also held that pretrial publicity did not deprive former Enron CEO Jeffrey Skilling of his right to a fair trial.
