EEOC revises workplace posters  (access required)

The EEOC has revised posters employers are required to post in the workplace to reflect new federal employment discrimination laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), which goes into effect November 21.
