A public school teacher could sue for disability discrimination based on her former employer’s failure to accommodate her seasonal affective disorder, the 7th Circuit has ruled in reversing a summary judgment.
The plaintiff sued the Somerset, Wis., School District under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
