USA Hockey Sues Old Navy (access required)

USA Hockey filed a lawsuit Jan. 22 claiming the clothing store Old Navy is illegally selling merchandise with a "USA HOCKEY" label. The lawsuit, field in U.S. District Court in Colorado, claims USA Hockey owns the trademark for the label, issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
