    Fen-phen suit doesn’t survive MDL settlement

    The 3rd Circuit decided yesterday that a Pennsylvania woman’s fen-phen suit was barred under the explicit terms of a 1999 class settlement of diet drug claims by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
